WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES BARIATRIC DIETITIANS OF OKLAHOMA TAKE?

We accept card or check. You can pay through the online portal system at the time of booking. 

WILL MY HEALTH INSURANCE COVER DIETITIAN SERVICES?

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to accept insurance. We can certainly provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. 

DO I NEED TO PAY THE TOTAL AMOUNT UPFRONT?

We require 100% of the payment at the time of booking; however, we understand the need for financial flexibility. Please reach out for additional information to see if you qualify for a payment plan. 

WHICH PACKAGE DO I NEED TO BOOK?

If you are booking one of the bariatric packages, please book the service your referring physician has chosen for you (refer to the Nutrition Services and Packages flyer provided by your surgeon). It is important you choose the package your surgeon has selected for you as this is what is required by your insurance company to have your surgery covered.

If you have already had weight loss surgery and are looking for help getting back on track with your weight loss, please book the package labeled "Get Back On Track".

If you are seeking non-surgical nutrition education, please book the package labeled "Medical Weight Loss Nutrition Education Program". 

HOW DO THE MODULES WORK?

Bariatric Packages: After your initial visit with the dietitian, you will receive access to the video modules via email. Please watch the videos within 7 days of your initial visit.

Medical Weight Loss Nutrition Education Program: After you have purchased your package, you will receive access to the video modules. You will also be asked to book your initial visit with the dietitian. Please make sure to have viewed all the education material before your initial dietitian visit.
