My Background: I hold a Master's degree in Dietetics and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Neuroscience. My extensive training and experience in bariatric nutrition enable me to tailor dietary plans that are not only effective but also sustainable for each person's unique needs. With years of practice in this specialized field, I have witnessed firsthand the incredible impact that proper nutrition can have on both weight loss and long-term health.
