When the weather heats up and the pool starts calling your name, it can be tempting to reach for convenience snacks that leave you feeling sluggish, bloated, and totally off track. But with just a little bit of planning, you can enjoy delicious poolside bites that fuel your body, support your goals, and still taste like a treat.
Here’s one of my go-to poolside snack spreads that’s perfect for summer days and bariatric-friendly too!
Greek Yogurt Ranch Dip + Veggies & Crackers
This dip is creamy, flavorful, and packed with protein—making it the perfect alternative to traditional ranch dips that are often loaded with fat and additives.
Greek Yogurt Ranch Dip Recipe:
1 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
½ packet of ranch dip seasoning mix (add more if you like a bolder flavor)
Mix until well combined, chill for 15–20 minutes if you want it extra thick
Pair it With:
Raw Veggies: Sliced cucumbers, bell peppers, and baby carrots for crunch, fiber, and hydration
Simple Mills Almond Flour Crackers: A tasty, lower-carb alternative to traditional crackers

Blueberry Lime Refresher
Stay cool and hydrated with this fruity, refreshing drink that adds flavor without sugar.
How to Make It:
Slice a few rounds of cucumber
Add a small handful of fresh blueberries
Squeeze in the juice of ½ a lime
Add it all to a cup of cold water over ice and stir
It’s simple, hydrating, and seriously refreshing on a hot day!
